AuctioOffice is a professional software, which enables its users to carry out all the processes of an auction house, i.e. auction administration – auctions themselves – bidder administration – invoicing.

Deciding for AuctioOffice means deciding for a network-compatible Windows program. It can be adjusted to your individual needs, in case this is necessary.The software is clearly structured and thus enables its users to work fast and efficiently.

Besides the usual feature of registering basic data, the customer administration for bidders and consignors also considers differing fees, differential taxation and auction-specific special conditions.

All data concerning the lots can be registered in the lot administration. By grouping them into categories, the lots of an auction can be easily classified and re-arranged within an auction, all the while considering the catalogue numbers. There are additional configurable boxes in the lot detail, in case the boxes for the lot data are not sufficient.

Special charges such as shipping, storage and removal can also be registered within the lot administration. With one click you can assign images to your lots. The feature label printing supports you in displaying your goods. Instead of directly entering the lots, you are also able to import the lots via excel sheets.

The auction preparation creates the possibility of easily planning and carrying out auctions. As part of the preparation you can register lots, create catalogue numbers, sort lots within an auction, give out bidder number and create a catalogue automatically.

The invoices for bidders and consignors can be created, edited and administered in the invoice module. The handling is particularly easy and flexible by the possibility of entering special charges and by printing proforma invoices. A total account of an complete auction can be created with a single click.

The post-processing offers the following possibilties: administration of remnants and emergency lots, result printing as well as the creation of statistics.

Additionally, the software contains four modules, which allow further functions to be implemented. AuctioOffice can be upgraded with single modules according to the customers’ needs.
